  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste (approximately 20 grams)
  • Paprika, black pepper, cumin, thyme, and salt, to taste
  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped


  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
  2. Begin by washing and scrubbing the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt from the skin. Cut a small slice off the top of each potato, creating a lid. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh from the potatoes, leaving about a centimeter of thickness around the skin.
